About Me
Hi, I'm Gabriel. I studied Physics and Chemistry, but after deciding that Academia was not for me, I got a "La Caixa" fellowship to pursue MSc in Business Analytics at Imperial College London. During this time I found what truly excited me professionally: using technology to solve real-world problems, and creating the organizations that enable those outcomes. If this is an area where you need something done, you can check my practice at ZamamiTech.
For the past few years I've worked in a technical leadership position at a Fortune 500 company, where I discovered how much I enjoy building great teams, and creating a culture where people feel empowered to do their best work. That belief, that good people and good practice compound, shapes most of what I do.
Away from the office, I'm endlessly curious. I tinker with personal projects spanning trading algorithms, geopolitics, and psychology. And this space is where I share the ideas worth keeping from all of it.
To keep things balanced, I dance Bachata, which has taken me to win awards at international competitions. And I'm slowly sharpening my sailing skills, chasing a goal of cruising island to island across the Ryukyu archipelago.
